NOT THE MESSIAH – He’s A Very Naughty Boy

"HURRY TICKETS SELLING FAST"

A fabulously entertaining 90 minute comic oratorio by Eric Idle and John Du Prez (creators of Spamalot) inspired by Monty Python’s Life Of Brian filmed at its only European performance at the Royal Albert Hall in October 2009 to celebrate 40 years of Monty Python.
This hilarious take on the Messiah features the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Choir, a host of superb soloists in the lead roles including Rosalind Plowright and Eric Idle, with Michael Palin as Mrs Betty Parkinson and special guest appearances from Pythons Terry Jones and Terry Gilliam.  And of course three sheep!
Like Handel only funnier

News 25-Jul-2010 - NOW SHOWING-KILLERS

  • Spencer Aimes is just your average, undercover, government-hired super-assassin accustomed to a life of exotic European locales, flashy sports cars and even flashier women. But when he meets Jen Kornfeldt, a beautiful, fun-loving computer tech recovering from a bad break-up, he finds true love...and happily trades international intrigue for domestic bliss. Three years later, Spencer and Jen are still enjoying a picture-perfect marriage - that is, until the morning after Spencer's 30th birthday. That's when Spencer and Jen learn he's the target of a multi-million dollar hit. Even worse, the hired killers have been stalking the happy couple for years, and could be anyone: friends, neighbors, the grocery store clerk, even that crabby old guy shuffling across the street. Now Spencer and Jen are on the run for their lives.

  • News 25-Jul-2010 - NOW SHOWING-SECOND HAND WEDDING

As a young schoolteacher and her fiancée prepare for their upcoming wedding, the future bride begins to suspect that her bargain-hunting mother may transform her wedding day into a giant garage sale. Jill and Brian Rose have been happily married for decades. When their daughter Cheryl announces that she has gotten engaged to her longtime boyfriend Stew, the proud parents anticipate a lifetime of happiness for their little girl. But weddings have a tendency to complicate even the most stable relationships, and when Cheryl's mother's bargain hunting becomes a bone of contention between the future bride and her well-meaning parents. Now, the harder Cheryl struggles to resolve the conflict the deeper the hole she seems to dig for herself. As the big day draws near, it gradually becomes clear that second hand doesn't necessarily mean second best. ~ Jason Buchanan, All Movie Guide
